What is your current occupation? Do you enjoy it?
I am the director of an animal education facility and a professional wildlife educator. My newest undertaking is that of activist...not for animal rights but for animal welfare issues. And yes, I not only enjoy these jobs, but I love them! Talk about keeping life interesting!
What is your educational background? Are you currently in school?
I received a degree from the State University of New York in Animal Management and completed intense internships and work programs at various AZA accredited aquariums and zoos.

Describe your lifestyle and current relationship status:
Busy. I am an avid hocky fan (Go Buffalo!), like to cook and explore the great outdoors when possible, and like going out on occasion. Currently, I am single and looking for Ms. Right (aren't we all?).
Do you have any vices (smoking/drinking/etc)? Describe:
I seldom drink unless at social engagements and I don't smoke. But I do like chocolate on occasion as well as a "Super Mighty" or two (It's a Buffalo thing).
Do you have any "heroes" in your life or your work? Describe:
Beside my father, the two biggest are hands down Nigel Marvin and Steve Irwin. If you want to know more, let me know and I'll break it down for you!
Do you have a favorite quotation? Enter it here:
"It's About the Animals!"
What makes you happy? Why?
Animals, conserving natural places, teaching others about the wild and family and friends. It's all part of the finely woven tapestry of life!
What makes you sad? Why?
The loss of natural places and animal species. The idea that someday if we're not careful, all we'll be left with is concrete, robots and steel. Conserve the "green spaces!" We inherited this planet from the generations which came before us, and we should be able to pass it on to the future generations in some decent shape. It's not fair to just use it up and discard Our World!
Name five (5) items you can't live without:
Animals, forests, Mexican food, music and hockey. (MMA if you gave me a sixth!)
Describe your most "humbling" moment:
Speaking without thinking ("foot in mouth" syndrome) which happens to me at least once a month! Passion is tough to control sometimes.

Not really. I listen to bands ranging in style from AC/DC, Evans Blue, Gojira and Theatre of Tragedy to Elton John, Entwine, Lacuna Coil and Shawdows Fall. Any genre, just keep the good stuff coming!
