So, I hired my husband to be my "trainer", but he's not a nice trainer. He's a boot camp style trainer. He's going to bark orders at me, insult me, and break me down before building me up...live, on air, with web cam. Starts Friday Aug. 15th...I scheduled it. The last bit of the show (15 mins or so) will be music and "catch your breath" time. Let the endorphins kick in, ya know? You should totally be there and work out on cam!! I know your man boobs need it!! ;-)

I thought i would see more professional behavior evolve by now, But my interests have waned considerably since losing Beer & Cheerios, Skyhigh runs good shows, but hes one of the few who actually are trying to use nowlive to advance into broadcasting as a career
