Hello everyone. I'm Jordy, and if you don't know me that will soon change. I'm croll and meroll's neice, which is how I came by this website. I guess I'm not smart enough to have figured out how to make my own show by now, but once I figure it out I'm sure it will be interesting. My show will be about me, since "me" is the only subject I'm qualified to talk about. I am an opinionated person so I will be sharing that with everyone. Occasionally I plan on having guests like my super hot best friend and we'll talk about fun stuff. I also plan on having an advice segment, once people actually start watching/listening, and they can call in and ask me for my advice.
Right now I am without a webcam, so my show will be boring at first I'm sure... but if you'd like to contribute to the Get Jordy A Webcam Fund please feel free to contact me with that. What is your current occupation? Do you enjoy it?
I am currently unemployed and hating/loving it. I hate it because I like having money and get bored being at home all the time. I love it because I get to sleep 14 hours a day and I don't have to bow down to the man. Damn the man!
I do model though, and sometimes I get paid. Does that count?
I also write, and I don't get paid for that YET.
I got $50 for that. lol.

What is your educational background? Are you currently in school?
I am enrolled at the University of Alabama at Birmingham now. I'm an English major with an emphasis on creative writing. After I get my BA in English I plan to also pursue a degree in History, if my finances can take the strain. If not... I'll figure something else out.
I consider myself an educated person, in addition to my high school education I read and studied a lot of things that were not in the curriculum. I write a lot and I am a creative person, so hopefully having a degree will help me be able to do what I love and get paid for it one day.

Describe your lifestyle and current relationship status:
My lifestyle is pretty average female college student-ish I suppose. I am broke, I drink a lot, I sleep more than should, I listen to music and hang out with my friends. I also bitch and moan a lot.
My current relationship status is single and not looking. When I say 'single', I mean that I am not dating anyone with intent to snare into a relationship and that I am celibate. When I say 'not looking', it means that I do not wish to change my status in any way.

Do you have any vices (smoking/drinking/etc)? Describe:
My vices are drinking, clothes, sleep, CSI, Law and Order, sci-fi books and movies, drinking, chocolate/candy/sweets, pictures of myself, Audrey Hepburn, and drinking.
I also like to drink.

Do you have any "heroes" in your life or your work? Describe:
Audrey Hepburn - why should be pretty obvious. How could anyone not love Audrey Hepburn? She's a much better role model than Paris Hilton or friggen... Brittney Spears... Barf.

Drinking - Because its fun.
Movies - Because they are an escape.
My Kitties and My Dog - Because they are cuddly and precious.

Those damn commercials of starving and dying children... Oh my God. I can't watch them! That's why when I graduate I am going to volunteer with UNICEF and the Red Cross so I can help kids and stuff.

Describe your most "humbling" moment:
Whenever I talk to my friend Jennifer. She has the most perfect life and she is the purest soul I have ever met in my life. She is one of those naturally born innocent, sweet, genuine people. A very rare breed in our world. She is a treasure, and I am humbled when I speak to her, or even think of her, because her good-heartedness makes me realize how far I have yet to go towards being the woman I want to be.

Do you have favorite type of music? Favorite bands or singers?
Mostly bands that were popular before I was even born. lol. I like a little bit of everything. I am really picky. A lot of times I only like one or two songs from an album. I don't get very attached to artists. I do like punk and post-punk, indie, 80's music of any kind, 90's alternative, and some of the crappy craptastic crap that's on the radio. I can't help myself, even though I know it's shitty music I can't get it out of my head!

What type of films do you enjoy? Please give some examples:
Any film, except porn. I've watched it, I've tried to get into it, I really have, but I can't. To me, sex is kinda icky no matter who's doing it, and I don't like to think of myself having sex much less watching someone else doing it. I don't want to read about it or talk about or watch it. Body fluids... ew.

Do you enjoy television? Which programs?
Not so much... I can really live without it, but I really like CSI, A LOT. I think it has turned me into a germaphobe a little bit though. I have watched so much CSI now that sometimes I think about what people would find on me if I died right now. What would be in my nose, under my nails, on my skin? What would my bedroom or purse or laptop say about me? What kind of testimonies would my friends and family give about me when I am not there to listen? I have really started to closely examine my life, espesh my hygeine!

Do you like to read? If so, what books have you enjoyed recently?
I will read just about anything in print. I love to read. I do prefer a good adventure or mystery though. Sci-fi and biographies are good too. I like to read biographies about actors and people like that. I also really like to read about serial killers. I once read a book called "The Black Widow" and it was about a women who lived in my hometown who poisoned her family with arsenic. She was one crazy fucked up bitch. Reading about her life was very interesting indeed.

Do you follow sports? Which teams are you interested in?
Not really. I really only care about Alabama/college football. I don't really follow teams and stuff besides that. I used to hate football, but then I got a job at Hooters and I started liking it a little. When you work in a place like that you can't help but learn about sports... I quit Hooters a long time ago and I still watch football, so there you go.
I kind of like basketball, and I like baseball too. I just don't follow any teams.
I have never been able to play sports of any kind. I am too clumsy or something I guess. My boobs were too big to play volleyball and golf (they get in the way of the swing... you know...) and I HATED playing basketball and flag football, I hated soccer, I have no upper body strength so I sucked at softball. I did however enjoy badminton and track.

Please tell me that I don't really need to fill this out. After all the info I've just given you surely you can figure out what my hobbies and intrests are... at least sort of.

Where are your favorite places? Where would you like to go most?
Parks and art galleries, restaraunts, bars and clubs, zoos, gardens, tourist attractions, the beach. I went to Chicago once and that was fantasic. I love road trips! I went to Washington D.C. once and I liked that, loved the museams and stuff.
