What is your current occupation? Do you enjoy it?
I'm a switch tech, actually I'm one of the truly blessed when it comes to employment. I do what I like, like what I do and I do it with folks I consider family.
What is your educational background? Are you currently in school?
I took a class here and there but life has been my real education, dealing with others successfully is the best way to gain knowledge.
Describe your lifestyle and current relationship status:
I'm divorced, straight and trying to fit in as an old hippie. I live one-day at a time and try not to be disappointed with failure.
Do you have any vices (smoking/drinking/etc)? Describe:
Vices, we don't kneed no stinkin' vices.... I quit smoking over two years ago and don't really understand why I started but it was one of the hardest things I've done. I do throw one back and talk a little smack every now and then.
Do you have any "heroes" in your life or your work? Describe:
Yes, I have heroes, every soldier that has, is now and ever will serve. We as United States citizens take more freedom for granted than the rest of this twisted world has. We enjoy this because of the sacrifice soldiers and their families have made throughout history. When you talk to a Vet listen, learn and most of all say thanks.
Do you have a favorite quotation? Enter it here:
I'm just happy to be here, one more day living and breathing is good enough for me.
What makes you happy? Why?
All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and I'm fine. There are two people you must keep happy, the one who signs your check and the one who grants sexual favors, this said, keep them happy and you to will be truly happy.
What makes you sad? Why?
Ignorance and being alone.
Name five (5) items you can't live without:
Food, Water, Shelter, Love and lust as a package deal and in the immortal words of George W, "The Google."
Describe your most "humbling" moment:
My most humbling moment was realizing how totally scared I was December 24th, 1990 when we deployed to Saudi Arabia. I felt like they say most people who jump off buildings and survive feel just after they jump, I can solve all my problems but this one. I've spent some years as a soldier and I really think we need world peace. I don't have all the answers, but I do know we have to stop killing each other and start taking care of our world before we mess it up so bad there's no fixing it.
Do you have favorite type of music? Favorite bands or singers?
Music, I love music, I have favorites but I have to say I appreciate it all.
What type of films do you enjoy? Please give some examples:
Movies are great, nothing is better than a buzz and a matinee, well almost nothing, top it off with a bj and we're golden.
Do you enjoy television? Which programs?
I like TV but rarely have time for it as a dedicated ritual so I surf or have music videos on as a background noise.
Do you like to read? If so, what books have you enjoyed recently?
I seldom read for entertainment and have trouble understanding people that do, but I do read and the first book I read that got me a bit interested was the Beckman books, it's four short stories written under a pen name, I'd recommend it to anyone.
Do you follow sports? Which teams are you interested in?
I was a diehard Laker fan when I came to LA and couldn't wait to see a game. The whole Kobe incident is very unfortunate; it's soured me and many of my friends’ attitudes toward the Lakers.
Do you have any hobbies or other interests? Describe:
I like tinkering around on the car, computers and yard work. I've started sailing with a buddy and now I no longer need a boat, I have a friend with a boat. If I had time and resources I'd sail away and enjoy the World as it should be enjoyed.
Where are your favorite places? Where would you like to go most?
I've always said there are only two really cool places on Earth; where you were and want to go back and where you really want to go next. I've realized over the years that it's best to be content where you are and make the best of it. If I had to choose a place today, I'd choose LA, once you've truly embraced LA "The rest of the World ain't shit."
