OFFICIAL RULES FOR HOTTEST LISTENER CONTEST
What is your current occupation? Do you enjoy it?
Information on how to enter contest and of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is open to all permanent residents of US and Canada only. Once all entries are received the field will be narrowed down to 3 finalists. All three contestants will then compete in a Quiz Show competition. One finalist will be selected as the Sluggo Show Hottest Listener and receive the Grand Prize of $800.00 cash and their chance to model on http://www.earlstees.com
1. All entries are to be received via the e-mail address sluggoradioshow@gmail.com
2. Eligible participants will be required to provide their own name, address, zip code, telephone number and picture.
3. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes for runner-ups cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. The competition will be open each week from Monday May 21st 10:00 PM (EST) to Friday June 29th at 23:59 (EST). The finalists will be determined by employees of Sluggo Radio Network.
5. All participants must be female at least 18 years or older at time of submission.
6. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
7. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
8. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
9. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.
10. Employees and their immediate families of NowLive.com, Sluggo Radio Network and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
11. Winners will be announced live on air July 2nd 2007.
12. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in US dollars.
13. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. NowLive.com, Sluggo Radio Network and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
15. Personal information is collected by the promoter, Sluggo Radio Network. The information will be used for the distribution of prizes and may be used by the promoter or third parties for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. You must provide this information in order to participate in the competition.
16. Prizes and values are as follows: Cash prize $800.00 USD, as stated in Clause 3, Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The maximum that a winner will receive is $800.00 Runner-ups will also receive prizes to be determined by Sluggo Radio Network….In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
