Melly: I am me. I'm kind of a big deal. I have no brain-to-mouth filter. I offend people with the truth; I live my life by a policy of brutal honesty. I am a traveler. I've driven coast to coast across the United States, hiked half of the Appalachian Trail, visited the Great Serpent Mound in Ohio, been to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, England, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain. I've lived all over, including New Orleans, Southern Connecticut, New York City, and Chicago.
My travel goals include, but are not limited to: visiting the Aztec, Incan, and Mayan ruins in Mexico, Central and South America (especially Templo Mayor of Tenochtitlan, Choquequirao, Machu Picchu, Muyil, and Chich'en Itza), exploring in the Parisian catacombs, spelunking in the City of Caves beneath Budapest, touring the pyramids in Egypt, attending the Cherry Blossom festival in Japan, visiting my grandmother's home city in the Czech Republic, and spend time in Greece. More to come as I feel like typing them out.
